September, 2016: Cartesian Consulting was awarded the Best Boutique Analytics Firm of the Year at Cypher 2016, held in Bangalore this September. Cartesian MD talks about "Predictive Analytics for Customer Value" at Asia's Customer Festival, 2015

October, 2015: Cartesian was one of the associate sponsors of Asia's Customer Festival which was recently held in Singapore. It is Asia's leading customer strategy show that is focused on innovative techniques and solutions to win customer loyalty. The festival had eminent speakers from across the South East Asian region and other countries as well. Amongst many industry leaders, Sandeep Mittal, our founder and Managing Director, shared his views on Predictive Analytics for Customer Value. It included the principles, approaches and all the practical stuff.

The event has had a history of renowned participants and speakers in the past as well and we hope this association strengthens.

September, 2015: Moumita Sarker, currently heading our delivery for Mumbai and Gurgaon, was one of the key speakers at Cypher, 2015.

Cypher is India’s most exciting Analytics event for the year from India's leading Analytics forum Analytics India Magazine. The summit aims to provide an excellent opportunity for a direct connect with talented professionals, senior leaders and innovative analytics organizations. Cypher provides a platform to showcase and interact with the decision makers, data scientists, architects etc and bring forth the latest on the skills, tools, and technologies required to decrypt data.

Moumita was amongst the few thought leaders who shared her knowledge on Customer Transaction-Genome Mapping in Marketing. She spoke on how targeted marketing has gone beyond segmentation, each customer is a segment and each customer’s journey can be nudged, mapped and reset by self-learning. A case study walk through of application of neural network and behavioural economics in marketing. The session was a success and Cartesian is now looking at speaking and participating in more such events.

Cartesian MD talks about “Injecting analytics to drive targeted, profitable customer experiences” at Asia Customer Fair 2014, Singapore

November 2014: Cartesian Managing Director, Sandeep Mittal was a lead speaker at the recently held Asia Customer Fair 2014 in Singapore. The conference which is one of largest platforms of its kind in Asia, was widely attended by over 600 Asian customer centric executives from airlines, banking & finance, healthcare & pharmaceutical, hospitality, retail & online retail, telecommunications and travel & leisure industries from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India.

Mittal spoke about using data to impact customer experiences and profitability. He mentioned how the 3 levels of segmentation - strategic, program and tactical, help in building relevant customer centric messaging and predictive models enable prioritization of customers to be targeted through campaigns and maximizing ROI.

The session was extremely engaging and the audience was keen to know more about customer journey management – how can brands trigger relevant communication to specific sets of customers at different stages of their customer lifecycle, what is the optimal number of times a customer should be contacted, and how can we measure the Life time value of customers?

The event offered a great platform for learning and sharing of some of the most innovative work being done around customer centricity and engagement.

Cartesian launches the CART App

November 2014: We’ve always wanted to make it easier for clients to be on top of the customer metrics they ask us most often, and now we’ve just done that with the launch of CART, our iOS and android App.

The CART App allows clients to track key business metrics like active customer base, program contribution, repeat revenue, retention percentage etc on their phone. It also shows, in addition to the base metric, a 12 month trend, and a comparison to same time last year. These metrics change by industry – hospitality/ online/ retail etc.

While the App is only available for clients, a Demo version of CART is available on PlayStore and iStore for everybody to get a view of what it does. Cartesian signs on as the CRM and Analytics agency for Dominos Pizza, Malaysia

April 2014: Cartesian has signed on as the CRM and Analytics agency for Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Cartesian shall help Dominos with analytics and campaign management for their CRM and Loyalty initiatives.

 

Cartesian was the Knowledge Partner at Analytics Interactive 2014

March 2014: Cartesian was one of the lead sponsors of the Analytics Interactive conference which was recently held at the Intercontinental Singapore. The conference saw participants from across the South East Asian region like Malaysia, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and Australia and from diverse sectors like banks, hospitality, airlines, healthcare, Singapore government, telecom, e-commerce and even the National Heritage board! The conference started off with the CMO of Starhub Jeannie Ong saying in her introductory note that "Content is King, Data is Queen".

There were some animated discussions on the round table among participants on topics like Predictive Analytics, Multi-channel marketing and impact of digital and social media on marketing. In the second half of the conference, our MD Sandeep Mittal spoke on how companies are using Customer and Loyalty data to drive decisions and ROI beyond marketing into areas like Store Performance, Merchandising, Pricing and Assortment. The session was very well received and several questions came up for discussion; some of them being "How does one measure the ROI of a loyalty program", "What is the most optimum number of marketing communications that can be sent to a customer / month?"

The event was a success and Cartesian is now looking at speaking and participating in more conferences in the region.

 

Cartesian signs on as the analytics agency for Dominos Indonesia

November 2013: Cartesian has signed on as the analytics agency with Dominos Pizza in Indonesia. Having worked for many years with Dominos in India and Turkey, co-creating some of the most ground breaking work in the QSR space around use of customer data, Cartesian is now taking those learnings East, with Indonesia as a starting point.

 

Cartesian signs on as the CRM and Analytics agency for Than Bac Fashions, Vietnam

October 2013: Cartesian has signed on as the analytics and CRM agency with Than Bac Fashion (TBF) in Vietnam. TBF is the master franchisee for a number of lifestyle brands in the market including Levis, Birkenstock, Tag Heuer, Cartier and others.

Cartesian shall help TBF with loyalty program design and ongoing analytics and campaign management for their loyalty and CRM initiatives.

 

Cartesian conducts workshop on Analytics at DishTV

October 2013: Cartesian conducted a day-long workshop on Marketing Analytics at DishTV. Conducted by our MD, Sandeep, the workshop was attended by over 30 people across various marketing departments of Brand, Product, BTL, UnR. The workshop covered various elements of decision theory, segmentation, predictive models, association analysis, and using analytics in campaigns.

We hear the audience found a number of methods revealed in the session very useful, and the entire session was filled with animated discussions around how they could be put to use in their daily work.
